1. No data collected: Gravitas Dark Matter does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The game runs entirely on‑device. All scores and settings stay on your Vision Pro.
2. No third‑party analytics or ads: We do not use advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or fingerprinting tools. There are no hidden trackers or cookies.
3. Optional Game Center: If you sign in to Apple Game Center, Apple handles the leaderboard data. We never see or store your Apple ID or Game Center nickname.
4. Network activity: The app makes zero outbound internet requests during gameplay, except for App Store updates handled by visionOS itself.
5. Children’s privacy: Suitable for ages 9+. Because we collect no data, the app complies with COPPA and similar child‑privacy laws.
6. Changes: If we add online features in the future, this policy will be updated here and in the App Store listing.
